Why do I get the “License error!” error and my app goes offline?

You get this error for a few reasons, as follows:

# - Your license info from your MailWizz app, from Backend > Settings > License is outdated. Update it properly.
# - Your license info on our servers is outdated, update it from
# - You are using MailWizz as a SAAS platform but you own just a regular license.

If you bought a Regular License and you’re using MailWizz as a SAAS platform, buy an Extended License, then put the right info in Backend > Settings > License. Please see this.
