Support policy

Here at MailWizz we really try to offer the best support for our customers, and we believe we achieve this goal most of the time.

When you buy MailWizz, you get a period of free support as defined by what is included in support conditions, which means that you can open support tickets with basic questions and we will do our best to answer them as soon as possible, but please keep in mind there’s always a queue so while sometimes we can answer in minutes, sometimes it can take days, this is just the nature of offering support.

When your support expires, you have to renew it in case you need more help and you can do so from this page.
The amount you pay for support is extraordinary small compared with the time you receive support for.

Please note that support is optional, you don’t have to have a support pack, without one you can still use this KB and/or the forums BUT you will not get answers from MailWizz’s staff nor via forums nor via support tickets.

In order to provide the best customer experience, we will focus supporting customer that actually in turn support us by having an active support pack.
