It is required for when you are using MailWizz to manage your own subscribers, lists, campaigns, etc. Shortly said, for personal usage.

Why should I opt in for a subscription?
A subscription ensures you always have the latest version of our software, with ongoing updates and Premium Support included. This continuous improvement and assistance offer a greater long-term value, keeping your product up-to-date with evolving technology trends and security standards. It's a cost-effective solution that provides flexibility to scale and adapt to your changing needs, with a lower upfront cost than a lifetime license, making it a smart investment for the future of your work or business.
When I buy a subscription, do you host MailWizz for me?
No, of course not. If you need hosting services, please check out our Hosted MailWizz page.
Remember, you are buying licenses, which provide you with MailWizz and grant you certain rights for MailWizz usage.
How long is my subscription valid for?
Currently, all our subscriptions, regardless of the license type, are valid for one year.
What happens when my subscription expires?
When you buy a subscription, we add 5 more days to the validity of your license, to give you enough time to renew even after the subscription itself has expired. In case renewal does not happen in this interval, your application will be put offline until you provide a valid license.
Don't worry, you will be notified a week before your subscription expires.
At all times, regardless of your subscription status, your application data will remain untouched.
Can I renew the subscription for only one item?
If your subscription contains just one item, sure!
However, if your subscription contains more than one item, then you'll have to cancel it and start a new subscription only for one item.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal.
Please head out to our Stripe Customer Portal page from where, using your license key, you can generate a unique, temporary login URL for the Stripe Customer Portal.
Why should I opt in for a lifetime license?
Opting for a lifetime license means you pay once and own the software for its lifetime, including access to all future updates and features. It's a solid choice if you prefer the certainty of a single investment and plan to use the software extensively over time. This can be especially appealing if you have a predictable long-term requirement and don't anticipate the need for personalized support beyond the included period. While lifetime access provides peace of mind with its one-time cost, our subscription model can offer additional ongoing support and services that keep pace with your evolving needs, which is something to consider for dynamic and growing businesses or projects.
Do I need to buy support for my licenses?
When you buy a License, you get 1 month of Premium Support included.
If you need more support after this period, you can choose to buy any of the available support packs.
How does support renewal works?
Once you buy a Support Pack, you will receive an activation key via email.
Using this activation key, you can head out to the Support Pack Activation page to activate support for one of your licenses.
Do Support Packs apply to all my licenses?
No, you get to activate a Support Pack for only one of your licenses.
If you need to enable support for more licenses, you need to buy separate Support Packs.
Can I add Support Pack to a license that already has support?
Yes, in this case, your new support period will be added on top of the existing one.
Example: Your license has 1 month of support, and you add 6 more months, you will have 7 months of Premium Support.
Do you offer free trials?

As with many digital products, once they're delivered, they can't be returned.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds.
