Extended License Agreement

This Extended License Agreement ("License") governs the use of digital products, software, scripts, plugins, themes, templates, applications, and related assets (the "Item") purchased or downloaded from this website ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the Item, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this License, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Item to create or operate one (1) End Product.

An "End Product" means a final implementation, application, website, platform, service, or project incorporating the Item.

2. Permitted Use

Under this Extended License, you may:

• Use the Item in one (1) End Product.
• Modify or customize the Item as necessary for your End Product.
• Use the Item in commercial or non-commercial End Products.
• Charge users money for access to the End Product.
• Use the Item in SaaS platforms, subscription services, membership systems, hosted applications, or other monetized services.
• Generate revenue from the End Product through subscriptions, one-time purchases, paid access, or client services.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or transfer the Item itself, whether modified or unmodified.
• Make the Item available as a standalone product or downloadable package.
• Use the Item in more than one End Product without obtaining additional licenses.
• Allow third parties to extract, reuse, or redistribute the Item as a standalone asset.
• Resell the source code of the Item itself.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Item itself.
• Remove copyright notices, license notices, or proprietary markings included with the Item.

4. Ownership

The Item is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, remain the sole property of the Licensor.

5. SaaS and Multi-User Use

This Extended License permits use of the Item in hosted environments, including cloud platforms, SaaS products, and subscription-based systems, provided the Item itself is not redistributed as a standalone product.

If the Item is used in a white-label platform, website builder, application generator, or similar system that creates multiple independent End Products for third parties, additional licenses may be required.

6. Support and Updates

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, the License does not guarantee ongoing support, maintenance, bug fixes, compatibility updates, or future versions of the Item.

7. Third-Party Components

The Item may include third-party libraries, assets, or dependencies that are subject to their own licenses. You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party license terms.

8. Termination

This License automatically terminates if you violate any provision of this License. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Item and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Item is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Item will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems or environments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the Item.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Item or violation of this License.

12. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
